Lisa Hansen
3rd Grade

Hello!  I am Lisa Hansen and this is my first year at Paideia Academy.  I am thrilled to have such a wonderful third grade class!

I am currently working towards my Master's degree in Teaching at Hamline University.  I completed my student teaching in the fourth grade at Normandale Hills Elementary School in Bloomington, taught Preschool for two years in Maplewood, and was a Reserve teacher for the surrounding school districts.   I am lucky to be a part of the education of so many astonishing students.

In my free time I enjoy trying new restaurants, attending art fairs, running, and hanging out with my puppy Nacho.   I also have a weakness for Dance Dance Revolution, shopping, and chocolate.

Greetings from third grade!  My name is Miss Rachel Warren, and this is my first year teaching here at Paideia Academy.  I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in May 2006, and spent last year teaching kindergarten in Minneapolis.  I love the excitement, challenge, and action-filled days in our third grade classroom here at Paideia!  Everyone here at Paideia has a great attitude and initiative to help teach.  It will be a great year!

Outside of school, family is one of my highest priorities, and I take every chance that I get to spend time with them.  Dance and music had a lot of influence on my life growing up, and I am anxious for the opportunity to incorporate both activities into the classroom.  I also enjoy spending time with friends, shopping, reading, being at the lake, and watching movies. 

I am looking forward to my experience here at Paideia Academy as one that will be fun and exciting, at the same time as being a learning experience for everyone involved!  We have a lot to do in third grade, and I look forward to working together with you to make it happen!
