Jennifer Rothstein
2nd Grade

My name is Jennifer Rothstein and I have an Elementary Education degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.  I taught kindergarten and first grade in Fayetteville, North Carolina for two years and spent a couple years substitute teaching in ISD 196 as well.

I am excited and privileged to be working at a school that has such high expectations of its students! I love teaching reading and science!  It is such a joy to watch children experience and learn about the real world through hands on experiments and demonstrations as well as through literature.

I currently live in Apple Valley.  During the summer I play softball, and throughout the winter I play volleyball.  I love reading, playing the piano, flute and violin, and crocheting blankets for my expecting friends.

I currently live in Apple Valley.   As any of mystudents could tell you, I am an enthusiastic quilter, beader, and reader.  I also play the violin and have a pet parrot named Kiwi.
