My name is Sarah Adams and I teach K-8th grade Spanish. I grew up in Rochester, MN and then moved to Eau Claire, WI to study Spanish. I recieved my Spanish teaching license in May, 2008. I am also certified to teach English as a Second Language. While I was attending UW-EC, I had the opportunity to travel to Spain and Mexico. In Spain I studied at the University of Valladolid for six months while staying with a wonderful host family. I was in Mexico for one month teaching English in the small village of Texhuacan. This is my second year teaching at Paideia, and I am very excited to meet you all! I have also taught at Montgomery High School and Concordia Language Villages as a credit teacher. I have enjoyed every second of teaching Spanish and I can't wait to start another year at Paideia Academy. Outside of school, I take every opportunity to be outside and explore nature. I have gone on several back-packing and rock climbing trips. My favorite trail is the Lake Superior Hiking Trail north of Duluth. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you this year. I am absolutely passionate about Spanish and love to share my passion with others. Get ready for an exciting year!
